No. Both capabilities are optional — your team can step in, take over, or ignore them entirely. They handle the repetitive first draft and the retyping so your team spends more time on judgment calls and closing trips.

No. The trip-drafting assistant only runs when someone asks it to draft something, and documents are only read when someone uploads them. Nothing runs without your team choosing to use it.

Only what is already in your own trip library and the documents your team uploads — your travel ideas, pricing, and library content, within your own tenant. Nothing is shared across other Ninepax customers.

Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI tokens — 5M on Starter, 20M on Professional — which is enough for most teams. If you run out, you can add a token pack rather than being cut off, and the allowance resets each month. See Pricing for details.
